Using Power Automate in the background, the application is developed for extracting the comments from client conversations. These are combined with the Azure OpenAI Services to procure the sentiments in them. The sentiments are then displayed within the CRM and individual client accounts.
Every Email, Chat message, etc. from the client is analyzed for its sentiment. The same is categorized as Negative, Positive, or Neutral and visualized in a timeline format helping understand the change in behavior of customers from time to time.
This helps in analyzing if the client would convert, and would be a long-term partner, and also helps in strengthening the relationship.
