No, there is no such limit. With Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation one can assign any number of incoming Leads or other work items.

Once the assignment rules are set, managers can assign the existing Leads or any other entity records by using ‘Run Assignment’ feature. Managers just have to select the Leads that needs to be assigned and click on the ‘Run Assignment’ button to distribute it among the users.
