How I can chat from WhatsApp4Dynamics chat UI if UI is disabled?

To initiate a chat from chat UI, please accept the chat from the WhatsApp4Dynamics Notification panel. Once accepted, you will be able to engage in conversation.

What if I send the message and don't get on WhatsApp or get the “The 'To' number whatsapp: is not a valid phone number” error?

Please ensure that you have entered a valid mobile number starting with the appropriate country code in the phone number field selected in the Record type.

How do I begin a new chat session after the previous one has ended?

To start a new session, please navigate to the WhatsApp4Dynamics UI and choose the appropriate configuration. Once you have done this, select the Message Template and click on the Send button.
