This year marked the third European Power Platform Conference (EPPC), held in Brussels, Belgium, from June 11 to 13, 2024. This event was not just about sharing updates; it was about learning whats coming up new, reconnecting with our partners, old friends, and making new connections.
First, let’s visualize Brussels to set the stage for the event.
Discovering Brussels
Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is renowned for its rich culture, historical landmarks, and delectable cuisine. Here’s a quick look at what makes Brussels a perfect destination:
- Food: Brussels is famous for its mussels and fries, waffles, and, of course, exquisite chocolate.
- Art: The city is home to several art museums and galleries, including the Royal Museums of Fine Arts and the Magritte Museum.
- Tech: As a hub for innovation, Brussels houses several cutting-edge companies like Google, IBM, and Microsoft.
Talk about a perfect destination for an event! The Inogic team was super pumped for the event too.

Power Automate: New Features
- AI Flows: AI flows in Power Automate are a revolutionary new type of outcome-based process automation. This allows generative AI to design and execute workflows without requiring users to map out every process step. Let AI easily handle conditions, exceptions, and loops, saving time in building and maintaining complex processes. Watch more here.
- AI Recorder: Power Automate introduces the next wave of AI innovation to robotic process automation (RPA). Multimodal AI recording for desktop flows uses screen understanding and speech processing, enabling users to teach the desktop recorder how to automate processes by sharing their screen and describing their actions vocally. Power Platform: Leading the Way
It was proudly announced that Power Platform is the #1 Low-code Platform. This is a significant milestone for us and our partners, showcasing the growing adoption and trust in low-code solutions.
- Adoption: 77% of organizations use low-code, and by 2025, 70% of new applications will utilize low-code or no-code technology.
- Market Growth: The low-code platform market, valued at $7.61 billion in 2021, is projected to reach $36.43 billion by 2027.
- Benefits: Low-code projects can reduce costs by 53% and be 56% faster than conventional methods.
Power Platform Community
With 5.8 million monthly active community users, it’s a vibrant hub for discussions, events, and user groups. Currently, over 150K discussions have taken place, covering Power BI, Automate, Apps, Pages, and Copilot Studio.
Power Platform User Groups
There are now over 600 User Groups on Power Platform. These groups provide a space for learning new skills, sharing ideas, and connecting with like-minded peers and product experts.
Power Apps
Power Apps now boasts over 25 million monthly active users. It was also announced that up to 10 users can now co-author projects, a handy feature for collaborative development.

On June 13, the Inogic team hosted a session titled “Let’s WhatsApp in CRM” featuring WhatsApp4Dynamics. We are proud to share that it was a houseful session with over 200 attendees!
