Expand the dashboard to visualize and perform actions on Appointments
The Sales Reps can also expand the dashboard to a Detail Map and perform actions and add/remove appointments. This can be done by using the Expand Map button.
On click of this button, the Detail Map opens up with Appointment and Appointment Planner selected in the Datasource. Also, a Category legend card opens up that allows the Sales Rep to select/deselect the category to be visualized.
Quickly access the Appointment information and perform an action with Tooltip Card
The Sales Reps can get more information about particular appointments and also perform a quick action on a particular appointment like Change Owner, Open Record, Plot Related Record and Execute Workflow.
Add to Route Mass Action to quickly add the appointments to the route
The Sales Reps can further use the Add to Route mass action to add the plotted appointments as waypoints in the Directions card.
By getting optimized directions, the Sales Reps can reduce their travel time and increase their on-time performance.
