Working in a charity with numerous and complex relationships, this tool is able to meet our needs to display multiple relationships in a user friendly manner. Not only is the customer support excellent and the tool able to be developed easily by our in house developer; but also, the front end users find it an excellent way to manage and monitor their case loads. One user stated: “I really like this new feature, it has saved a lot of time in trying to find out what support the SU has had.” Would recommend for organisations where having a visualisation of all relationships to a service user, and the ability to create and review related records from one place is desirable.
I use this in a few places throughout my environment. I actually don't interact with the tools directly very much because Inogic has integrated the solution more directly such that it is engaged automatically. The package has never failed to deliver. We are using it in multiple areas to automatically generate a document into a PDF and either send an email automatically or bring the email up on screen for the user to complete. Inogic is a great developer to work with. We conduct most of our communication with them via email. The communication is clear and organized, and therefore efficient. Ultimately, the work is always accurate and thorough. Because of their time difference to us (US / India), we often are able to email them during our day and come in the next to find the work complete.

Since we are entering the holiday season, how about we give a small insider’s peak on our cultural activities? We had a spooky Halloween celebration where Inogicians came up with the best costumes ever. We celebrated our successful conference outings, did a few co-pilot learning sessions for our teammates, and much more. And what’s more, we are planning a big holiday party to end 2023 with a bang for our hard-working Inogicians.
